The following authorization levels must be set in iMIS before you can use EXPOCAD:
1. Log on to iMIS as MANAGER.
2. From System Setup, select Security administration > Users.
3. Find a Full or Casual user and open their user record.
4. Set the following authorization levels:
□ To allow the user to have access to both the EXPOCAD Local Setup menu item (Expo> EXPOCAD Local Setup) and the EXPOCAD Import menu item (Expo> EXPOCAD Import), the user must have an Expo Mgmt authorization level of 4 or higher.
□ To allow the user to have access to the Delete button on the EXPOCAD Import window, the user must have an Expo Mgmt authorization level of 8 or higher.
□ To allow the user to have access to the iMISFind application, the user must have a Members and Expo Mgmt authorization level of 1 or higher. When a user with an unauthorized level tries to use the utility a message displays telling the user the level of authorization needed to access that feature and to contact your system administrator to obtain the necessary authorization.
Note: EXPOCAD security is independent of iMIS Security.
5. Click Save.
